Our Roots, Our Standards

For me, the idea of owning a business wasn’t a radical leap — it was a natural evolution. I come from a family of small business owners, so the seed of entrepreneurship was planted early. Over the years, I wore many hats: hardware store associate, professional auto mechanic, construction superintendent, and rope access supervisor. Each role taught me something different — how to problem-solve, manage teams, and earn trust through hard work.

Eventually, the travel-heavy lifestyle of my work started pulling me away from what mattered most: family. I knew I needed a change — not just for more time at home, but to build something meaningful. I had a vision for what a rope access company could be — one rooted in integrity, run by people who truly understand the work, and managed with the kind of day-to-day clarity that only experience brings.

I didn’t want to wing it. I put serious thought into how I wanted the company to function — from building our web presence to drafting procedures that reflected our values and work style. That foundation was essential. I didn’t want chaos — I wanted clarity and consistency so that when the work came in, we were ready to perform.

Starting this company wasn’t just about rope access — it was about people. I’ve worked in companies where employees felt like cogs in a machine. That’s not what I’m building. I want a place where people feel like they’re part of something — where work ethic and integrity are valued, and where strong relationships with both clients and employees form the core of how we operate.

This business is personal. Everyone I’ve worked with — from mentors to former colleagues — helped shape this. And every client we serve becomes part of our story. Because when you support a small business, you’re not just buying a service — you’re investing in someone’s vision, their values, and their community. That’s what built America, and that’s what I’m building now.
